Exchange, not refund

Once an order is paid for it is dispatched — we do not offer refunds. If a fragrance is not right for you, we exchange it.

Exchange window

Exchanges are accepted within 3 to 5 days after delivery, on unopened, sealed products only.

When we cannot accept an exchange

• Opened or used fragrances (for hygiene reasons).
• Items damaged after delivery.
• Requests made after 5 days from delivery.

How to start

Message us on WhatsApp or email with your order number; we arrange the pickup. Any price difference is paid at the time of exchange.
